Current Openings
Fiber Optic Splicer
Perform fusion splicing on single-mode and multimode fiber in aerial, underground, and data center environments. Conduct OTDR testing, document results, and maintain splice closures to industry standards.
- 2+ years fusion splicing experience
- OTDR proficiency
- Ability to work in varied field conditions
- Valid driver's license
OSP Construction Technician
Install aerial and underground fiber optic cable systems including conduit, vaults, handholes, and associated hardware. Work as part of a crew on active construction projects.
- Experience in OSP fiber construction
- Familiarity with aerial and underground methods
- Ability to operate hand and power tools
- Valid driver's license; CDL a plus
Crew Foreman
Lead a field crew on fiber optic construction projects. Responsible for daily safety briefings, crew coordination, quality control, and communication with project management.
- 5+ years OSP or fiber construction experience
- Proven leadership in a field crew setting
- Strong safety record
- Valid driver's license; CDL preferred
